That was sooo much appreciated. When I picked up the car, I found that not only had they vacuumed the inside, but they also filled up my gas tank. How can you best that?

My car had an intermittent clunking noise coming from the front. Hard thing to diagnose when the mechanic couldn’t duplicate the problem. Eccles kept the car an extra day to hook it up to sensors and dive deeper. After assuring me that the car was completely safe to drive they replaced a possible source of the clunk and will be waiting to continue investigating if that wasn’t it. Really appreciate the attention and effort they have put into this frustrating situation.

I recently required a standard service on my Honda Odyssey which required timing belt water pump and spark plugs . As I was unhappy with the quote from a local Honda dealership, I asked AI of other Hamilton or Dundas shops that could be counted on to do Superior reliable work. I received a list of five local shops including Eccles auto service in Dundas, who they mentioned did an excellent job on Hondas. I contacted each shop asking questions and receiving a quote. I was most impressed with Eccles due to their fair quote and the courtesy and professionalism of the people who I spoke to there. When I dropped off my vehicle, expecting to take an Uber home I was delighted to find that they offered a free shuttle back to my home and happily picked me up the next day when the job was complete. They now have a new satisfied customer and I highly recommend them for fairly priced Superior auto repair. I also discovered that they specialize in European cars and electric vehicles. A truly talented team.

My car started making a funny noise Friday night. I left a message with Eccles. I was called before 8A on Monday morning. They said they were extremely busy but bring the car over and they would try to fit it in. I had a call by 12:45P that my car was ready. It was a quick fix so they got it in quickly. I found the staff at Eccles Auto Service very professional and courteous. I was shuttled home and picked up when my vehicle was ready. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. My vehicle was in and out quickly and the office staff was very accurate in their estimate of the time the work would take. So far the tires I had filled with nitrogen seem more balanced and my gas usage went from 5.3 litres a hundred kms to 5.2.

My car is old enough to vote, and started to sound like the muffler was gone. I brought it to Eccles, and they determined that it would be possible to repair the problem by welding rather than replacing the entire system. This saved me about $800. The welder was not available that day, and I needed the car to get to Scarborough the next day. The mechanic at Eccles secured the weak section so it wouldn't fall apart in the event of a big bump in the road, until I could bring it back the next week for the welding work. It took away a lot of worry, and there was no charge for that extra work. A free shuttle was provided both days. I can't say enough about the high quality of service provided at this garage.

Once again Eccles has surpassed expectations. We had an emergency situation - nail in a tire just before an important long distance drive - and in spite of being booked solid they found a way to squeeze us in and fix the tire.
