Tim takes care of my mercedes. He's fair and easy to deal with. I has trouble with my tire pressure due to a puncture. It was fixed with no charge and I arrived with the problem late friday. They got it done :) Philippa

I stopped in at the end of day this past Friday of the May 24 weekend. Something weird was happening by my front tire and I was concerned whether I should drive the car or not. Jim took the time to have a look and we discussed the probable cause which was not serious. I felt reassured and very grateful that he took the time to take a quick, unscheduled look. Great service!

My car is old enough to vote, and started to sound like the muffler was gone. I brought it to Eccles, and they determined that it would be possible to repair the problem by welding rather than replacing the entire system. This saved me about $800. The welder was not available that day, and I needed the car to get to Scarborough the next day. The mechanic at Eccles secured the weak section so it wouldn't fall apart in the event of a big bump in the road, until I could bring it back the next week for the welding work. It took away a lot of worry, and there was no charge for that extra work. A free shuttle was provided both days. I can't say enough about the high quality of service provided at this garage.

There’s a few things on life‘s list that make things go much more easier, much less stressful. Right up there is an excellent and reliable Auto Service. Eccles Auto Service is always professional. You experience a team of experts that are knowledgeable, problem solvers with safety and budget always a priority. Everything is explained with a detailed copy, with options and timelines that are efficient. My daughter and son are now third generation happy customers!

Once again Eccles has surpassed expectations. We had an emergency situation - nail in a tire just before an important long distance drive - and in spite of being booked solid they found a way to squeeze us in and fix the tire. Saved us from having to rent a car and earned even more loyalty to this great family owned garage. Special thanks to Anne for great advice for addressing the not-so-slow air leak safely while enroute to the garage.

I had a leak in my tire and I took it to Eccles Auto Service, they couldn't repair it immediately but their shuttle driver took me home and picked me up a couple of hours later once the tire was repaired. I appreciated not having to wait around. Serena at the reception desk was extremely pleasant.

After moving away from Hamilton for over five years, we moved back to Hamilton and went back to Eccles. Great service. We have two vehicles now. I was wondering about a repair I have had in the past and telephoned my prior mechanic in Toronto and the price difference was $0.50 Great to have my vehicle professionals back. Also, a woman worked on my vehicle. This business is great!

My car was damaged. Eccles gave me a very fair price then warned me it could cost more and take some time to fix. In the end the work was completed earlier than expected. It was even less expensive then quoted. Very grateful to them. I knew they were there in business for a long time, but I never needed them. When I did, they went above and beyond my expectations.
