WHAT ABOUT YOU?
- You should have a positive attitude, be easygoing, and be a motivated and confident worker
- Great communication skills and pleasant demeanour while dealing with customers and co-workers
- Attention to detail to be able to provide written communications to customers free of spelling and grammatical errors
- Have the ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Be able to learn the computer software systems we use daily
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING FOR US?
- Greeting customers upon their arrival
- Answering phones, emails and scheduling service appointments
- Reviewing deferred work and recommended services for upcoming appointments
- Managing new parts ordering, as well as returns and cores
- Help us provide an exceptional customer EXPERIENCE!
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid G driver’s licence and clean record
